These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gulbahar website and purchases made through it. By accessing the website, creating an account, booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Return policies.
Products & Handcrafted Variations
We aim to display product colours, details, measurements and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect colour appearance. Because many Gulbahar pieces include hand embroidery, hand finishing or artisanal techniques, slight variations in placement, colour, texture and finish may occur and are part of the character of handcrafted work.
Pricing & Currency
Unless stated otherwise, website prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other checkout costs are shown before payment. We may correct pricing or product-information errors and may cancel or refund an affected order where necessary.
Orders
Submitting checkout does not guarantee acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we issue confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory, payment verification, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Payment
Checkout is provided securely through Wix and card payments are processed by Stripe or another payment method shown at checkout. Gulbahar does not store your complete credit or debit card number. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing, delivery, tracking, customs and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale
Purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Where stated in that policy or on the product page, made-to-order, customized, altered, bridal, occasion-wear or final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
Measurements & Customization
You are responsible for reviewing the size guide and providing accurate measurements, size selections and customization instructions. Any approval you give for measurements, design details or customization may be relied upon in preparing your order.
Accounts & Website Use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under it. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Gulbahar name, logo, product designs, photographs, videos, text and other website content belong to Gulbahar or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially used or presented as another business’s work without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The website may rely on independent providers such as Wix, Stripe and delivery carriers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party systems or delays outside our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gulbahar will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. The terms in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.
