We carefully prepare every Gulbahar order before dispatch. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery windows are displayed during Wix Checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Order Processing
Processing time depends on whether an item is ready to ship, requires finishing, or is made to order. Any product-specific preparation information shown on the product page or confirmed with you forms part of your order. Orders are processed on business days, excluding statutory holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated using the destination and order details entered at checkout. Complimentary Canadian shipping may be available on qualifying orders when shown on the website or at checkout. A shipping promotion applies only while its corresponding checkout rule is active.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order is dispatched; they do not include preparation time. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs or circumstances outside Gulbahar’s control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after a label is created.
Delivery Address
Please review your name, address, unit number, postal code and telephone number before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or is dispatched.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless expressly shown at checkout.
Delivery Problems
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number. We will assist with the carrier’s available investigation process. Carrier investigation and resolution times are outside our control.
