All Gulbahar purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or occasion changes.
Made-to-Order & Altered Pieces
Made-to-order, customized, personalized, altered, bridal and occasion-wear pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approving requested design or customization details.
Size Selection
Please review our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or need help, contact us before completing checkout. Alterations are not automatically included unless confirmed in writing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or differs materially from the item ordered, contact us promptly at gulbaharbymaneet@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Do not wear, alter, wash or remove tags from the item while the issue is being reviewed.
Where we confirm an eligible issue, we will provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law. Normal handcrafted variation, minor colour differences caused by screens or photography, and expected characteristics of artisanal work are not considered defects.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order is placed. Contact us immediately if you need help. Orders that have entered processing, customization, alteration or dispatch may not be cancelled.
